Sleeping up to 6 people, this air-conditioned and heated (depending on the season) cottage features a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee makers (traditional and Senseo), 3-burner induction hob, etc.). The living room has a television.
A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a shower, washbasin, and separate WC.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), 2 bedside tables, and a wardrobe.
A second bathroom with a bathtub, two washbasins, a washing machine, and a separate WC.
Outside, enjoy the sunny days.
On the terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Private and secure parking on the property. Electric heating during the colder months. 8 kWh of electricity per day is included; beyond that, a supplement per kWh will be charged at the current market rate. Sheets, towels, and cleaning are optional. The house is located: 15 km from the sea (Valras Plage, La Redoute, Portiragnes Plage are the closest beaches; otherwise, Cap d'Agde, Sète, etc.). 4 km from Béziers and supermarkets.
Numerous shopping centers within a 6 km radius (Auchan, Leclerc, Carrefour, Lidl, Action, Aldy, etc.). 1 km from the village of Boujan-sur-Libron with numerous shops, doctors, a clinic, and a pharmacy. 7 km from the Saint-Thomas golf course. 20 km from the Hauts du Languedoc mountains: numerous walks and activities during the summer. Approximately 1 hour from The Spanish border 45 minutes from Montpellier 1 hour from Carcassonne and its medieval citadel 1 hour 15 minutes from Nîmes and its Roman ruins 20 minutes from Pézenas, the town of the playwright and comedy author Molière

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit vielen Anregungen zu Ausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viel Informationsmaterial im Haus. Stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Umfassende Ausstattung mit Haushaltsgeräten. Schöner Garten mit Gartenmöbeln für jeden Bedarf. Ruhige Lage, völlig ungestört und gute Parkmöglichkeit.Ca. 6 km von Béziers entfernt.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires même au milieu d une tempête !!! propriétaires bienveillants et à l écoute.Petit bémol, dommage que les voies d accès ne soient pas assez entretenues par les communes.
