This 60 m2 accommodation is spread over 3 levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher...) as well as a relaxation area with a sofa and a television.

On the first floor, you will find: a double bedroom (140x190cm bed), a newly renovated bathroom (with washing machine), and separate toilets.

The top floor features a second double bedroom (2 single beds 70x190cm) and a living room where you will have access to a television with a wide range of channels.

In this room, a sofa bed (140x190 cm) is also available. Please note, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs are a bit steep). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: This gem of the Thau basin is located just 150 meters from the lagoon and its beaches.

The oyster farming center as well as the fishing and pleasure ports are also a few meters away.

The oyster festival is held every year at the beginning of August.

The thermal spa town of Balarac-les-Bains is 9km away, and the city of Sète (land of Paul Valéry and Georges Brassens) is less than 15km away.

The surroundings of Bouzigues are rich in discoveries: the city of Montpellier, the cathedral of Villeneuve-les-Maguelone, the city of Pézenas, the Canal du Midi and its locks... NB: The rental includes heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels.
