Tucked away at the end of a driveway, in a quiet location with no overlooking neighbors, you will find this detached gîte featuring: its private terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and its own private covered parking space attached.
The interior consists of a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge, one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm), a laundry room with a washing machine, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A large shared garden is available for your use with an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) shared by the 3 gîtes on the property.
The price includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels.
There is an external camera (main driveway).
An electric vehicle charging station is available in the village.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Minerve (Cathar stronghold), the Gorges de la Cesse, Narbonne, Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage site), the Minervois vineyards (Muscat de St Jean de Minervois), Fontfroide Abbey, Lake Jouarres.

Un très beau séjour au sein d'une région magnifique, tout le monde a été enchantéLe gîte est impeccable et bien situé, un camp de base idéal pour découvrir les environs avec de nombreuses acttivités ou centre d'interêt à moibns d'une heure (Minerve, Carcassonne, Sigean...)

Nus avons passé un excellent séjour. Après un accueil très sympathique avec de gentilles attentions, nous avons eu l'occasion de profiter de la piscine qui est entretenue tous les jours. Les occasions de visites et de découvertes ne manquent pas.Bravo aux propriétaires .
