The house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large lounge/living room opening onto the adjoining terrace.
The bedroom is on the first floor (2 beds 140x190) with the bathroom.
A 60-metre walk from the gîte takes you up a shady path to the private, secure pool house area with uninterrupted views over the surrounding area, which is sure to delight you.
The swimming pool (open from 9 a.m. and treated with salt) is equipped with a summer kitchen (weber barbecue, plancha, filter coffee maker and percolator, fridge/freezer and crockery), deckchairs and all the garden furniture you need, ideal for moments of sharing and conviviality.
TOURISTIC FEATURES: famous Minervois vineyards (Muscat), Jouarres lake, Cesse gorges, Canal du Midi, Minerve (Cathar city 7 km away with summer festivities), Cité de Carcassonne, Haut Languedoc regional park, Fonséranes locks at Béziers and the fine sandy beaches of the Hérault.
