The gîte also has a well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) with a dining table and central island. This kitchen opens directly onto a pretty flower-filled terrace with a table.

The gîte also has a double bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a stylish bathroom with bath, WC, basin with mirror and washing machine. There is also a separate WC off the bathroom. The gîte's patio is not private and is shared with the owners.

2 additional beds are available in the lounge (convertible sofas) on request from the reservations department.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely swimming pool (open until 6pm, to be discussed with the owners) with deckchairs to cool off and relax during your holiday! The estate also boasts a petanque court for a lively game with family and friends.

Take advantage of your stay at the Gîte du Pioch to discover the charming village of Montferrier-sur-Lez; wander through the village's unusual lanes, such as the Rue du Four, with its bucolic atmosphere, and discover the village's old buildings built of basalt stone. Take a stroll along the village's heritage trail to discover the village's historic sites: the castle's postern, its terraces (with uninterrupted views over the surrounding area) and the Cour d'Honneur, the Church of Saint-Etienne and Gleizasse, the various squares in the village and the Aqueduct... Don't miss the Château de Montferrier in the centre of the village, with its crenellated tower.

A 35-minute drive will take you to the beaches of Pérols and La Grande-Motte.
