The gîte la Caravelle, adjoining the three other gîtes on the estate, has Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This gîte, carefully decorated on the theme of the sea and sailing, is a studio with a dining area and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin with mirror. The lounge area features a pretty wooden dining table and a designer storage unit between this area and the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bedroom, in dark tones, has a 160x200 cm double bed, a television in the centre of the studio and elegant storage units.
The Manoir du Midi also has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, available on request to the owners.

Externally, the gîte has a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a plancha. There is also a large swimming pool shared by all four gîtes, where you can cool off in the Hérault sunshine! The estate also has a pétanque court for a few wild games, as well as a shaded relaxation area with tables and chairs just a stone's throw from the pool. There is also a large shaded area with a picnic table, benches and deckchairs... cosy areas in the heart of nature!4

The gated estate has private parking spaces for the four gîtes, and there is also space to store any bicycles.

Please note that a railway track runs not far from the gîte and may cause a little noise when you are outside the gîte.
