The cottage (which has a key box) opens, after a hallway beautifully decorated by the owners, into a large living room, a true convivial space with a dining area, lounge, and relaxation corner opening onto a balcony with a magnificent view.
The kitchen and dining area features a lovely wooden table for enjoying regional dishes together, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as all necessary kitchenware (including appliances like a blender) for a pleasant stay in the villa.
The lounge area, meanwhile, consists of a television area with a charming sofa and armchairs, and a bookshelf stocked with many books.
Through a large bay window, you can access a terrace with sun loungers from the living room to enjoy an incredible panorama of the region.
From this terrace, a staircase leads down to an outdoor area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a swimming pool to cool off and spend pleasant moments under the Hérault sun.
