Ideal for a couple's getaway. Arranged on one level, you will find a living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, oven...), a dining area, and a lounge area with TV and air conditioning.
From the living room, you will access the bedroom for 2 people (140x190 cm bed) and a shower room. Enjoy the outdoor space from the private terrace and the garden with the barbecue available. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Pézenas, a city of art and history, beaches (Cap d'Agde, Marseillan Plage,...), Béziers, Canal du Midi, Lake Salagou, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. A beautiful stopover between vineyards, olive groves, and garrigue scrubland near Pézenas and Béziers in the commune of Roujan.

Dommage que les propriétaires ne nous aient pas conseillé des choses à découvrir dans la région, les incontournables, lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Ils nous ont simplement montré les points techniques, matériels, du gîte. Nous ne les avons pas revu de la semaine.Sinon gîte correct au niveau de la propriété, équipement... un peu cher quand même.

Gite simple, bien situé entre mer et collines. Village avec toutes les commodités (possibilité d'aller chercher son pain à pied en 30 min). Propriétaires habitant à côté très discrets. Clim réversible appréciable car les températures étaient fraiches début mai. Literie très fatiguée. Dommage! Heureusement les propriétaires nous ont prêté un autre matelas en remplacement du 1er.
