Air conditioning, washing machine, TV, beds made. Terrace (4,50 m²), furniture, bbq. Surface area : 50 m². Final cleaning on request (30 €). Non smoker gite. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Montpellier on 18 kms (university and cultural town)
