Jean-Michel welcomes you to his fully-equipped, renovated and air-conditioned "Conviviença" gîte.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious dining room, which opens onto the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). Warm up with family or friends around the wood-burning stove. TV and a corridor leading to 2 bedrooms (140x190 beds), each with TV, a bathroom with double washbasin and separate WC. On the 1st floor there is a mezzanine with a relaxation area (TV, small lounge), 1 bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space.
The fenced and secure outdoor area will brighten up your summer days with its many features.
You will have access to a private swimming pool with outdoor shower and toilet, a summer kitchen with barbecue area, garden furniture, a 20m² terrace and a garden that can be used as a play area for children.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. garage for parking a car. There are additional free spaces in the street if required.
