Pretty gîte with shared swimming pool, in the heart of the peaceful village of Bessan, just a few kilometres from the Mediterranean and the Etang de Thau. You can enjoy the beaches and water sports, and explore the coastal towns of Marseillan, Agde and Sète. Don't forget to sample the local shellfish and wines. Further north, stroll through the medieval streets of Pézenas, the town of Molière, or go hiking in the cirque de Mourèze, or take a cultural, shopping and tea-room break in Montpellier...

The gîte is situated in the owners' grounds, adjoining 2 other similar gîtes with separate entrances. A courtyard with swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue is shared with the 2 other gîtes.

The gîte comprises:

- A bedroom upstairs with a double bed and a single bed. A television and armchairs.
(The sofa can be used as an extra bed, please contact the reservations department).

- A living room with a sofa and a dining table.

- A kitchen, open onto the living room, with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and all cooking utensils.

- A bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine.

- A courtyard with swimming pool, shared with guests from the other gîtes, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The unheated pool is open from April to October from 6am to 11pm.

- Free public parking nearby for easy parking

- Bicycles can be stored

- No pets allowed

For everyone's comfort, the whole of Le Petit Paradis is a non-smoking area (including outside).
