Upon entering, you'll find a spacious, welcoming living room and an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo espresso machine, kettle and toaster).
The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, toilet and washing machine. The bedrooms are both equipped with double beds (160x200).

Externally, enjoy the enclosed garden and raised terrace. The barbecue will be ideal for outdoor lunches, while the jacuzzi (closed from 1 October to 1 May) will allow you to relax on summer evenings.

Parking is private with a dedicated parking space.
