Beautiful modern house isolated in the middle of the scrubland on the heights of the village.
Cottage in the garden level of the owner's house.
Ground floor: living room with kitchenette (DVD, hifi), 2 bedrooms each with (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 shower-rooms (toilet, shower, hydro, toilet), bathroom (Balnéo, toilet), toilet, laundry.
Walled garden (furniture, barbecue, hammock).
Heated pool 11 * 5 m, common with the owner (Safety gate).
The cottage overlooks the geological site of the organs of Ille sur Têt, and enjoys unique views of the village, the Valley of Roussillon and the Canigou.
