Welcome to Arles-sur-Tech, a charming town nestled in the Upper Vallespir, famous for its Romanesque abbey and Catalan traditions. Just 1.5 km from the renowned thermal baths of Amélie-les-Bains (free shuttle bus stop 500m away). Discover an authentic region where mountain hikes, picturesque villages, and excursions to the Mediterranean coast, accessible in under an hour, come together.
Your fully renovated Turró i Rousquille holiday cottage is a single-story villa designed for your comfort. Air-conditioned and decorated in a contemporary style, it offers bright and welcoming spaces. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a 3-burner gas hob and an electric hob, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine, opening onto a large living room with a dining area and lounge leading to the terrace. You have a bathroom, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm), adjoining bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm), with its own en-suite shower room and toilet
Outside, enjoy a 450 m² enclosed garden with trees, a terrace for al fresco dining, and a private swimming pool (5.50 m x 3.55 m, 1.20 m deep) open from May 15th to September 15th, from 8 am to 10 pm, secured by a gate. Private parking and a garage complete the amenities. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, a fireplace, and a washing machine are also available for your comfort in any season. The first fire is free, and any additional firewood can be purchased on-site from the owner.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte d'Isabelle et de Michel. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable et les literies de bonne qualité. Le beau jardin fleuri est un vrai plus avec une terrasse très agréable pour prendre les repas dehors. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les Pyrénées Orientales. Bref un gîte à recommander.

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. Le gîte est très spacieux et confortable. Très bien équipé et la piscine est super, avec une eau propre et transparente. Les invités sont attentifs, amicaux et cordiaux. Pour y revenir.

Semana Santa
Estuvimos 3 noches de Semana Santa. Con una calurosa bienvenida de los propietarios, una casa impecable: limpia, ordenada, cómoda. Mucho mejor que en las fotos que vimos previamente en Internet. Estuvimos muy agusto. La chimenea fue ideal para la época del año. En verano, con la piscina debe ser estupendo. Totalmente recomendable. Nos gustaría volver.
