In the heart of the charming Catalan village of Claira, this spacious loft welcomes you to a setting where authenticity and modernity blend perfectly.
Housed in former 19th-century stables, this tourist accommodation captivates with its generous space, tasteful decor, and optimal comfort.
It's the ideal location for an authentic stay in the Pyrénées-Orientales, close to the beaches, Perpignan, and the Roussillon vineyards. The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: relaxing on the fine sandy beaches of Sainte-Marie-la-Mer or Le Barcarès, cycling along the coast, hiking in the Corbières or Albères mountains, gastronomic discoveries in the local markets, or cultural visits to Perpignan and the surrounding listed villages.
Wine lovers can explore the Roussillon wine estates, while history buffs will appreciate the Cathar fortresses and castles.
Just 300 meters from the cottage, you can easily reach the shared heated swimming pool (open from May to October), located in the shared enclosed garden of the owners' main residence, who also offer 3 guest rooms on site.
You'll find a relaxation area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha grill, perfect for extending your summer evenings. Très grand loft TOUT confort. Clim, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge !En plus d'être un emplacement idéal près des plages, de la montagne, de l'Espagne, de Perpignan. Ce gîte a tout pour nous séduire à nouveau.N'oublions pas l'amabilité des propriétaires et leur sens du recevoir. Nous recommandons vivement.
