Nestled in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer, this large Mediterranean villa offers six self-catering cottages within a vast, fully enclosed, wooded park.
Ideally located just outside the village, it provides quick access to beaches, coastal activities, and the iconic sites of the Pyrénées-Orientales.
A peaceful setting, perfect for enjoying the sun and the charms of the Catalan coast. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the walking trails between the sea and the lagoons, cycling routes, water sports, and the colorful markets of the neighboring villages.
Culture lovers can discover the region's must-see attractions: Perpignan and its historic streets, fortified towns, the vineyards of Roussillon, and natural sites prized for wildlife observation. Ground-floor cottage with low ceilings: Living room with kitchenette, One bedroom: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) One bedroom: one double bed (160 x 190 cm) Bathroom with toilet The large shared garden is a delight for all ages: swing, slide, basketball hoop, barbecue, and shared garden furniture.

Das Haus hatte eine gute Lage und wir hatten sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer einen guten Tipp zum Essen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten hatten.
Zusätzlich hatten wir mit ihnen und unseren Nachbarn sehr nette Gespräche.
Wir werden in den nächsten Sommerferien auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

La maison est un peu vieillotte (électricité un peu faible, salle de bain dans son jus)le parc est superbe, le bon portail est difficile à manœuvrer. L'accueil a été super agréable une bouteille de muscat à l'arrivée et don de citron au départ. Cette location en septembre avec un chien je recommande

Nous venons à Sainte Marie depuis 2009 et nous sommes toujours ravis de passer 15 jours là bas entourées des propriétaires qui sont devenus des amis dans cet havre de paix. Il y a un confort, un calme et beaucoup de chaleur. A l’été prochain Jojo et Jean Luc
