This renovated village house is converted into a gîte on 3 levels.
Upstairs, the panoramic private terrace overlooks the roofs of the village and opens onto the surrounding landscape: very pleasant in the morning for a gentle breakfast! Lake Vinça (6 km) offers a supervised beach and fun activities for the whole family (water slides, paddle, canoe, inflatable games, pedal boats, etc.).
Walks and hikes are possible from the village to the priory of Serrabona, the banks of the Têt, etc.
On the ground floor: living room with TV area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm).
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm), shower room (wc). 2nd floor: Equipped kitchen opening onto the panoramic terrace (terrace furniture, parasol, mobile barbecue).
The heart of the village of Bouleternère is largely pedestrianized.
The gîte's car park is around a hundred metres away (free municipal car park).
