8 km from Saint Laurent de Cerdans, where you'll discover a typical village in the Catalan Pyrenees, steeped in history. From its artisanal past, you'll certainly visit the factory that produces the famous espadrilles and the "Toiles du Soleil" fabric factory. The Bear Festival, held every February, is also an event not to be missed. Le Boach is also a short distance from the Falgos Golf Course. In southern Catalonia, the Dali Museum in Figueres is also easily accessible, as are the Mediterranean beaches and the pretty coastal village of Cadaqués.

The Lo Boach estate boasts 36 hectares of woods and forests, as well as lush meadows, ideal for hiking and wildlife viewing. The typical, traditional Catalan farmhouse dates back to 1729 and has been completely renovated, respecting its architecture and character. The cottage is located in a separate part of this large farmhouse and is accessed via an exterior staircase of about ten steps.

On the 1st floor: The dining room and living room, with a wood-burning stove, open onto a small private terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is separate. An additional adjoining room is designed for reading or playing board games. There is a toilet.

On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, with a shower room and toilet. A third bedroom with a single bed is also available.

On the property: Private parking, washing machine in a shared laundry room (free access). Barbecue and lounge furniture (deckchairs).

The farmhouse is accessible via a 4 km forest track. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the reception room. The cottage is located in a non-public area and therefore mobile phone reception is not available. However, it is possible to access a landline telephone on site in case of need or emergency.
