Holiday home with a fantastic location directly by the water and within a short distance to a large public beach and forest, and only about 3 km from the center of Rønne.
The house is from August 2021 and is decorated in a light and airy summer house style.
The house features a large, bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, an open kitchen, and a lovely view of the water. 2 bedrooms with continental beds (double beds 180x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200). Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, and washing machine. South-facing terrace with sun all day. There is an option to use a Weber Q3200 gas grill.
Outdoor shower behind the house (only in the summer period). The owner has consciously chosen not to include a television, but there is an option to stream via personal services through wireless internet.
The house is located as the second-to-last house on a private gravel road.
Not rented to youth groups.

Kan varmt anbefale dette lækre sted! Huset er SÅ hyggeligt, flot, lækkert, rent og behageligt!! Området er episk smukt og naboerne utrolig venlige. Vi vil bestemt vende tilbage til dette dejlige sted!
