The historic heart has retained all the charm of a typical village of our Southwest, entirely in brick, reflecting in the Tarn river.

The St-Michel Abbey or the Place du Griffoul, the lively parks and alleys are must-sees, especially on market day. The reputation of Gaillac wines is well-established, and the visual and gustatory discoveries are numerous.

Wander along the Wine Routes, meet the winemakers, and taste the reds, whites, or rosés… There are over 100 listed at the Maison des vins (Wine House). And if you want to lace up your sneakers and stroll between vineyards and woods, ask your hosts for advice; they know their vineyard like the back of their hand. Independent cottage, on the outskirts of Gaillac towards Albi, close to the owners' house.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2014. Cute small garden, pleasant terrace, and a large, entirely private swimming pool (9x5m) available from June 1st to the end of September. Ground floor: living room (sofa, TV) opening onto the terrace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave), toilet.

Upstairs: two attic bedrooms (skylight), each with a double bed (140cm), bathroom with a corner bathtub.

Baby equipment provided. A reconciliation of heating consumption will be made upon departure. You will love Gaillac, a dynamic town between Toulouse and Albi, which gave its name to one of the oldest vineyards in France.
