Here, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, days are spent cycling or walking along the Passa Païs Greenway, relaxing by the pool and exploring the landscapes that link the Tarn region to the first vineyards of Minervois.
This former railway line, now converted into a peaceful route, winds through forests, meadows and charming villages.
Nearby, you can also enjoy hiking trails, the mountain lakes of Saint-Peyres, a paradise for fishing enthusiasts, discover the heritage of Mazamet, or head to the Mediterranean beaches, just an hour's drive away. Le Jardinier is set within a former farmhouse that has been gradually restored over the years.
Detached and located close to the owners' home, it offers a peaceful setting for a couple, a small family or anyone looking for a countryside escape. The ground floor features a welcoming living area with an equipped kitchen including a cooking hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave and filter coffee maker. Upstairs, you will find the shower room with WC as well as two bedrooms: - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - One bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm) Outside, a terrace with barbecue is perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. During summer, the shared outdoor swimming pool (8.5 x 5 m, depth from 1.10 m to 1.80 m, secured with fencing, a gate and a safety cover) becomes a favourite place to relax.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from June to September (dates may vary). The enclosed garden is shared and parking is available within the property, a short walk from the cottage. There is also another cottage and a guest room on the property, allowing guests to enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this former farmhouse while preserving their peace and privacy.

Un gîte propre et confortable agrémenté d'une belle piscine, des hôtes qui ont le sens de l'accueil : un gîte où l'on se sent très bien, tout simplement. La situation géographique permet de rayonner vers Albi, Toulouse, Carcassonne à une heure de route environ. Ce fut une belle expérience de vacances !

Super accueil par Sophie et Serge. Les poules, les moutons, le cadre permet vraiment de se reposer, de se sentir en vacances. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais c'est réellement un peu plus. Merci pour cette parfaite semaine.
