Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, hob, combi microwave-mini oven, filter coffee maker and Tassimo© pod machine, toaster, and kettle. * One bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200cm. * A large shower room with a shower, toilet, and sink. The gîte is designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Spacious for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy a shared swimming pool with the owners on-site, as well as a large 2000m² garden.
To make the most of sunny days, you have a terrace, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, swings for children, a pétanque court... The 8x4m swimming pool has a variable depth from 0.60 to 1.60m and is open from early June to the end of September (covered in winter). Reversible air conditioning, electric heating.
Parking space in front of the gîte. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning service available for an additional charge. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, Florence et Jean-Bernard. Gîte confortable, moderne, au calme. Bien équipé. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Brens. Nous pensons y revenir à l'occasion.

Très bien situé, avec belle vue sur le grand jardin bien entretenu. Bien équipé beaucoup de vaisselle. SItué dans le jardin des prolétaires , qui sont très discrets. Nous reviendrons !
