Le Mas del Sol is close to wineries, including renowned names from Gaillac: Domaine Romélie at 100 meters, Domaine Plageoles at 700 meters, Domaine Vayssette at 5km, and Domaine de Laubarel less than 3km from the gîte. Opposite, on the hill, Château de Mauriac stands proudly, facing Château de Salettes. Relax, meet the winemakers, discover the Bastides region, rich in history and heritage; you will not be disappointed by the welcome of the local people. **THE GÎTE** Adjoining gîte to the owners' home, in the small wine-making hamlet of Mas del Sol, in the heart of the oldest vineyard in France. The swimming pool is pleasant, and the covered lean-to with its covered terrace forms a second living room in the summer. Enclosed terrace/courtyard and swimming pool to be shared with the owners.

The large and pleasant covered lean-to is available for gîte guests, where you can dine sheltered from the heat or storms.

Basic repair tools are available, as well as a space to dry your belongings.

They will gladly show you road maps for motorcycle routes in the area! When you talk about a gîte in the heart of the vineyard, this one is rather well placed! Sheets and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning service: €80
