You won't be disappointed by the warm welcome of the locals. **THE COTTAGE** A semi-detached cottage located next to the owners' home, in the small wine-making hamlet of Mas del Sol, in the heart of France's oldest vineyard.
The swimming pool is inviting, and the covered lean-to with its sheltered terrace serves as a second living room in the summer.
Shared, enclosed terrace/courtyard and swimming pool with the owners.
The large and pleasant covered lean-to is available for cottage guests, offering a place to dine protected from the heat or rain.
A freestanding gas plancha is provided. Ground floor: - Small, functional, fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto® pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, immersion blender, and mixer. - Living/dining room with dining table, sofas, and TV. - Separate toilet. Upstairs: - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm). - Shower room with shower, double vanity, hairdryer, and washing machine. Enclosed swimming pool: 6x3m, 1.40m deep, with steps. Please note: The swimming pool is open from May to September; these dates may vary depending on the weather. **MOTORCYCLISTS WELCOME:** Fany and Jérôme are motorcyclists themselves.
They offer a locked garage to store 2 motorcycles.
Basic repair tools are available, as well as a space to dry your gear.
They will gladly show you road maps for motorcycle routes in the area! When you talk about a cottage in the heart of the vineyards, this one is very well placed! Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning service: €80.

Gîte dans un endroit calme avec des propriétaires discrets mais disponibles et qui donnent de bons conseils pour les visites dans la région.L'appentis est vraiment un plus pour profiter de l'extérieur sans rester en plein soleil. La piscine était réellement agréable par cette météo ensoleillée.
