LES GITES DE L'OC is a combination of two gîtes into one large building! LA CAZA (Ref.
G1801) accommodates 4 people on the left side of the house, all on the ground floor.
LE MOLIN (Ref.
G1802) accommodates 8 people on the right side of the house, located on the 1st floor of the tower (large spiral staircase). LA CAZA: Access is from the kitchen with its central island for dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped for simmering delicious meals: oven, induction hob, microwave, Senseo® coffee maker, dishwasher.
Access to a small terrace adjoining the gîte and its charcoal barbecue.
The living room with its large fireplace welcomes you.
TV area and office space.
From the living room, access to the master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, desk, and direct access to the outside.
Second bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together.
Shower room and separate toilet. LE MOLIN: The living room with its large fireplace welcomes you, while the children enjoy a cozy corner nearby with the video projector.
Then, access the balcony with its surprising view.
You can enjoy barbecues here thanks to the barbecue/plancha, or the kitchen/dining room is just next door.

The pool has a flat bottom of 1.40m depth and a sunbathing area.

Pool access from 10 am to 10 pm.
Pets are accepted under 25kg with a supplement of €5 per night. At the foot of the medieval Cité de Cordes-sur-Ciel.

Très bon accueil de Mr Grenier! Le gite est spacieux, idéalement situé pour des visites sur Cordes mais aussi aux alentours (Albi, Gaillac, Penne...). Les commerces sont proches également et le gite est très bien équipé.Nous avons profité de la piscine et beaucoup joué à la pétanque :)
