Restaurants, glaciers, and bars are a 5-minute walk away, but we benefit from them without suffering any disturbances! Our 1.5-hectare landscaped park, mainly composed of oak trees, is part of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park.
We have an unobstructed view of the Montagne Noire and the plain of Sorèze at Mazamet (visibility over 20 km). Our large swimming pool (15x5m) is heated, covered (but can be uncovered), open all year round, and features a large solarium.
We have created a REAL pétanque court, half in shade, half in sun, flanked by a picnic table where you can sip your favorite drink.
Hammock areas are set up in the oak grove depending on the weather (but it's... almost... always beautiful in Saint Fé!). Our Figuier cottage, the latest one built, is the largest, suitable for a family with children or 2 couples.
It has a private flowered terrace, barbecue, garden table, and views of the forest and the mountain. On the ground floor: a living area with a dining space and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, small appliances: Nespresso and filter coffee makers, food processors, etc.). Upstairs: - A bedroom facing east with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a large 160x200 cm bed (with a mattress topper), offering a magnificent panoramic view of the mountain. - The other bedroom facing west with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a large 160x200 cm bed (with a mattress topper), with a private shower room (shower, sink). - A shower room with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. - A lounge area with 2 XXL ottomans, board games, and books. - A separate toilet. The swimming pool, pétanque court, playground (swing and ping-pong), and hammock area are shared with the vacationers of the Mélèze and Figuier cottages (refs.
G1851 and G1853). An electric vehicle charging station is also available for all vacationers, at an additional charge. La chênaie du Lac is a small, unique complex of 3 cottages, located on the foothills of the Montagne Noire.
Lake Saint Ferréol is 100 m away (barely a 5-minute walk).
Its nautical center offers a wide range of non-motorized water activities. Sheets, bath towels, foutas (for the pool), table napkins, tablecloths, and tea towels are provided. A supplement is charged for pets.
Only dogs are allowed (no cats), with a supplement, under certain conditions. €60 per stay, regardless of duration.
Prior agreement from the owners is required.
