Our house is located a 10-minute walk from Parc de Foucaud, close to the city center yet in a quiet area.

Your stay will be very easy: you arrive, Séverine welcomes you, you park your car, and you can leisurely discover Gaillac and its brick-built city center, its main monuments: St-Michel Abbey, St Pierre Church, Place du Griffoul, and the mansions of Yversen and Pierre de Brens... After a good night's sleep, it's time to explore the Gaillac vineyards! Walk the Chemins de la Vigne (Wine Trails), meet the winemakers, and taste the reds, whites, or rosés...

There are over 100 varieties listed at the Maison des Vins (Wine House). **THE COTTAGE** Detached house in a quiet residential area with approximately 400 m² of land.

Ideal for four, the house can accommodate up to six people. Large living area with: - Dining table, - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: toaster, coffee maker (for filter and pods - ground coffee), kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, multi-function food processor, crepe maker, waffle maker... - Living room area with a large sofa bed for 2 additional guests, TV, Hi-Fi system, board games, and books.

From the living room, access to the garden at the back of the house. Sleeping area in the hallway: - One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, - The second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, - A shower room with a shower, large vanity, and washing machine.

The toilets are separate. The garage is accessible to use the tumble dryer but is not available for cars.

You can easily park in front of the house, or park your car in front of the garage. At the front of the house, a small covered terrace, ideal for your morning coffee.

At the back of the cottage, the enclosed garden with a table, sun lounger, charcoal barbecue, and gas plancha. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
