The gîte is a former dairy that was used to make Roquefort cheese in the basement, with the upper floor serving as living quarters.
It was therefore natural to respect the architecture of this building during its renovation.
The renovation was designed to minimize ecological impact and consider the surrounding species so they could continue to inhabit the area (bats, swallows, etc.). Local artisans contributed to the renovation of this gîte using materials such as untreated local ash wood, natural lime plaster, and Fermacell. **THE GÎTE** Independent house, close to the owners' home (below the gîte), with a private terrace.
Accessibility has been considered with no steps or thresholds on the entire ground floor, including access to the shower.
Although the house is equipped with underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, you can also enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove. - Living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining table, and sofa.
Kitchen equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee maker. - Ground floor bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and natural linen sheets. - Shower room with shower, sink, and toilet. - Mezzanine with an office area and a sofa bed for 2 additional sleeping places if needed. - Upstairs bedroom: two single beds of 90x190cm with natural linen sheets and a baby cot. The grounds around the gîte are fully fenced.
You can park in front of the gîte's entrance door.
A washing machine is available in the basement of the gîte. You are in a hamlet of about ten inhabitants, so there are plenty of outdoor activities: hiking trails a few meters away, a cattle farm in the hamlet, and you will surely encounter the owners' goats that maintain the grounds.

La tranquilite dans un havre de paix et de nature.il y a tout le confort moderne .la maison est vraiment magnifique decoree avec gout.
peut etre la douche a revoir mais cela n est pas derangeant.mon fils a trouve le matelas un peu dur dans la chambre du haut.
La chambre du bas est vraiment agreable j ai dormi comme un bebe.

Gite conçu avec goût,beau,propre.Aucune pollution visuelle ni sonore,nous voulions du calme, nous l'avons eu!Secteur propice aux randonnées, beaucoup de beaux sites naturels. A la croisée des chemins entre l'Hérault,leTarn et l'Aveyron.Malgré une météo bien fraîche nous avons passé un séjour très agréable
