** THE COTTAGE **
Completely independent house with a private above-ground pool, a large sauna, a huge enclosed garden with trees, a small pond, a trampoline (4.20m diameter), and a swing.
Ground floor:
- Large fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace.
Cooking range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo® pod coffee maker, complete small appliances. - Large living room with a dining area and a lounge area with a piano, TV, and radio. - A second, more intimate lounge with a library. - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, chest freezer, baby equipment (travel cot, booster seat, high chair). - A large office. - The sauna area at the back of the house with a 4-person sauna, a shower, and a sink. Upstairs, the sleeping area with the four bedrooms: - A triple bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed. - A children's bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room with a shower and sink.
Separate toilet in the hallway. - The third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a private en-suite bathroom: bathtub, toilet, and double sink. - The last bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a private shower room: shower and sink, with a separate toilet in the bedroom. Outside, you will enjoy the enclosed garden with trees.
Many outdoor games are available: rackets, balls, children's pétanque balls, badminton with net, archery game.
Private parking with a shelter for two cars. The above-ground pool measures 8x5m and is 1.30m high. From the kitchen, you can access a covered terrace with a garden table and a plancha grill. Swimming and fishing are not permitted in the small pond. ** PETS: Only dogs are accepted (owner is allergic to cats).
They are not allowed upstairs or on the sofas, and must respect the garden's wildlife (wild rabbits and other animals that wish to remain undisturbed). Between Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens: an authentic cottage in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
