Nestled in the hills of the Pays de Cocagne, a land steeped in history and rolling landscapes between Albi, Castres, and Toulouse, this carefully restored traditional farmhouse welcomes you for a stay focused on comfort, tranquility, and conviviality.
Its location makes it easy to discover the treasures of the Tarn region: the episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, Cordes-sur-Ciel, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the town of Lavaur with its shops, train station, sports facilities, and equestrian center.
Toulouse and its must-see attractions, such as the Cité de l'Espace (Space City) and the Aéroscopia Museum, are just 40 minutes away. Completely independent, this large family home can accommodate up to 14 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a television and fireplace; firewood is provided for cozy evenings in any season.
The large, welcoming kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and more.
On this level, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are spacious and comfortable areas for the whole family: - a master suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a child's bed - a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) - two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) - a dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds (90x190 cm) Two additional shower rooms and a separate toilet are also available upstairs. Outside, you'll enjoy a large, fully fenced garden with mature trees, ideal for children.
The covered terrace invites you to relax while admiring the unobstructed view of the lake.
The private swimming pool, measuring 10.50 x 4.50 m and with a gradual depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.80 m, is open from May 10th to September 30th. A swing set and a water slide complete the standard amenities.

Gîte spacieux et bien aménagé situé dans un environnement reposant à proximité de divers commerces.Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et pourvus de magnifiques massifs de fleurs. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et attentionnés.Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille.
