On the ground floor: very large living room, equipped kitchen, American fridge and a studio with a double bed, bathroom and WC.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, a television and a bathroom/WC

The garden is very vast surrounded by fields and forests where you can walk to discover magical sites like the Limac wetland.
The village has a bar-restaurant-tobacco shop-grocery store and a post office. You will be a few minutes from the Landes prefecture, a few kilometers from the Gers and 1 hour from the Landes coast and its immense beaches.
The Pyrenees mountain will be closest at 1h30 drive. an above-ground swimming pool measuring 4.3 in diameter x 1m deep.
It can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
It is not the ideal swimming pool but it is very pleasant in hot weather.
