Your vacation rental includes on one level: a living room with kitchen leading - without door - to the SPA area and bedroom (a 180x200 double bed, which can be split into 2 90x200 single beds on prior request) , in the middle is the closed bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet with hand basin, a storage cupboard with washing machine.
For your comfort: 2 terraces of 12 m² each (one to the North and the other to the South), a garden of 500 m², a gravelled driveway of 200 m² with private parking space.
On the right of the gîte is a storage area for the owners.
No stress riding on Saturday because here weekly reservations are made FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
Outside of summer, SHORT STAYS are possible.

The first is opposite their house, on the same property, all on a dairy farm that Didier will show you around on request.
For your getaways on the Emerald Coast the location is great! From this Ploubalay countryside you will find the sea 3 km away, Saint Jacut de la mer and its Pointe du Chevet 9 km away, Saint Cast le Guildo and Saint Malo 17 km away and Dinard 14 km away.
But don't forget to go down to Dinan and Léhon 17 km away along the Rance, pearls of medieval heritage.
Those who do not yet know Mont Saint Michel can discover it 64 km away.

La location était juste parfaite, récente, propre, très bien équipée et le jacuzzi le vrai plus pour se détendre après nos balades. La propriétaire très sympa, disponible et à l’écoute. La localisation est très bien, très vite en bord de mer en voiture, villes ou sentiers côtiers. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour un séjour plus long.

A réserver les yeux fermés. Logement neuf, très bien équipé. Un lit en 180 et un jacuzzi trop bien. Calme à la campagne sans vis à vis. Et un propriétaire très sympathique qui ne demande qu à ameliorer son Logement pour satisfaire les locataires. Et à 30 minutes maxi, vous avez un maximum de sites à visiter. N hésitez pas.
