Visit the Châteaux of Lastours, offering spectacular views over the valley. A little further afield, explore the majestic Cité de Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The impressive Mazamet footbridge is also a must-see. The Brousses paper mill offers a glimpse of traditional craftsmanship. Shops (restaurant, bakery, grocery shop) are located in the heart of the village, 2km away. A tennis court is freely available in the village and for riders or future riders, the La Goutarende riding centre is a 2-minute walk away.

In the middle of meadows and forests, this charming gîte comprises a flat in a large late 19th-century building, with completely independent, private access. It is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor comprises:
- A living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV) and a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, 2 coffee makers: filter and espresso).
- A separate WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a 160x200cm bed.
- Bedroom 2: two 90x190cm beds with a laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer).
- A separate bathroom: bath, shower, double basin
