This apartment is located in the popular Stadtfeld area on a quiet side street. It’s a 4-minute drive to the train station. Guests book the entire 100-square-meter apartment and enjoy complete privacy. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size box-spring beds. The apartment features high-end amenities and is tastefully decorated. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house. Guests are welcome to use the large garden. Kaufland and Edeka are a 4–5-minute walk away. Bars and restaurants are 3 minutes away. A bakery is also about 3 minutes away. The Ravelin Event Centre is about 10 minutes away. The best way to get to the city centre is by tram: it’s about a 5-minute walk and a 5-minute ride. The cathedral and the Hundertwasser House are 7–8 minutes away by tram. This beautiful apartment features a spacious bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels, and everything else a guest might need. There is a large, cosy kitchen with a dining table and basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix. Parking, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and tram access (5 minutes to the city centre and the Christmas market) are all within walking distance. The highway is just 3 minutes away, but the apartment is on a very quiet side street, so you won’t hear any traffic noise. Bicycles can be stored in the basement, and there’s the option to rent a car. The apartment has been completely renovated and is brand-new. It was furnished and decorated with love!
