Excellent apartment with air conditioning and a rooftop terrace offering views of the sea and the mountains.
This apartment, renovated in 2020, is located 500 metres from the sea in a quiet area of Porto Cristo called S’IIlot. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy Mallorca’s sunshine. Since the apartment has both heating and air conditioning, it’s a great place to stay year-round.
Through the front door, a staircase leads up to the second floor. There you’ll find the living area, featuring a new kitchen, a living-dining room, a small balcony with a sea view, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. The living room sofa converts into a sofa bed. A baby cot is also available.
Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided.
From the apartment, another staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a 360° view. The rooftop is equipped with a dining table, a 2m x 2m Balinese bed, decorative lighting, and a gas grill.
The “Smile” apartment is located in Cala Morlanda. Nearby, you’ll find a few shops, restaurants, bars, a large sandy beach with a boardwalk, and several small, sometimes rocky and secluded coves in the area. In Cala Morlanda, you can go diving and snorkelling.

Le logement était très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et en même temps tout proche des commerces, bars et restaurants.Accès très rapide à la plage.Appartement bien équipé.Terrasse sur le toit très agréable et petit balcon aussi pour petit déjeuner du matin Je recommande

In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nahe zu Strand- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit Rundumblick aufs Meer. Yadir ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Vielen Dank!
