In Lanton (Gironde – 33) a small village at the bottom of the Arcachon Bay, halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
- Fenced property of 850 m² in a quiet area, without vis-à-vis, with a view of meadow with horses and an oak wood, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
- Ground floor:
Living room with 3 sofas, TV, SFR fibre and Wi-Fi. Fireplace and bar unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, Nespresso coffee pod, toaster, electric fryer, rice cooker, blender. Spices etc...
Toilet with hand wash basin and first aid kit with thermometer, IR gun and blood pressure monitor.
South facing veranda with large solid wood table and benches, TV and internal barbecue.
Bathroom - Laundry room with 7kg washing machine, tumble dryer.
Storage pantry.
- Floor:
3 bedrooms with dressing room (1 sleeps 140 X 190; 2 in 160 X 200, one with TV)

Heated shell pool-spa. (The pool is 5.20 x 2.60 m, and 1.20 m in water depth. With 3 jet seats and a lying position bubble massage.

2nd Wooden terrace shaded by mulberry-plane tree, with varnished wooden lounge.
- North side:
Wooden terrace in the shade with table for 6 people.
Asphalt parking for 2/3 cars closed by gate.
Bed linen is provided (not towels), pets are allowed if clean.
At 200 m you will find a nice small sandy beach and a swimming pool with children's activities, as well as a hiking trail along the Basin.
Also 200 m away, a supermarket (0900-20:00), an Irish pub, a pizza kiosk, a café-concert, a fuel and mechanical station, an excellent bakery and the bus stop.
Nearby activities: Boat trips, fishing, sailing, water sports, canoeing, cycling, golf, casino and flying club.
