We rent in Saint-Valery-en-Caux a studio of 30 m2, on the first floor of a private residence with elevator, a few meters from all amenities.
Completely new, the studio is furnished and fully equipped; it consists of an entrance forming the kitchen, a large room with a living area and a sleeping area and a balcony (8 m2), which can be fully enclosed. It is a pleasant second room, perfectly modular. To the right of the entrance opens the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. Two large fitted cupboards optimize the space.
The bed is a bed of 140, the sofa is convertible. Duvets and blankets are available.

Appartement très agréable, clair, propre, confortable et offrant une vue sur la ville et la mer. Très proche du centre ville et du bord de mer. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui s'est montrée très disponible tout au long de mon séjour !Je reviendrai avec plaisir séjourner dans cet appartement.

Propriétaire sympathique, studio agréable, surtout très bien situé (proche centre ville, port, plage, casino avec son cinéma...), chouette balcon avec vue sur la ville (et un peu plus loin sur la mer).

Les points essentiels pour nous, personnes du 3ème âge, sont la position et l'accès au studio, proche des commerces et muni d'un ascenseur. Le studio est parfait. Le balcon vitré et chauffé avec vue sur la mer est top surtout pour cette période de l'année. Nous reviendrons !
