La Brigantine is a family villa built in 1964 perched on the top of the dune and in the middle of maritime pines, it overlooks the Liane valley and the castle of Hardelot. The 3000m² plot is fully enclosed. The house adjoins the national forest of Hardelot and is 5km from the sea. Very calm, no vis-à-vis. Authentic interior: wooden floor, joists and exposed hand-molded bricks, rustic solid oak and pine furniture, large openings to the outside.
Can accommodate up to 12 people, it has a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms with 10 beds and 12 beds.
She disposes:
A large living room of 50m2, with dining room equipped with a table for 12 people, a fireplace, a lounge / bridge / TV area
A kitchen equipped with solid pine (dishwasher, gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave).
2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor (with sink and 160X80 shower) and a separate toilet, the other upstairs with shower, double sink and toilet
5 bedrooms: the first on the ground floor with a double bed (160X200), the second upstairs with a double bed (120X190) and a single bed, the third with 2 twin beds, the fourth with 4 single beds , and the fifth smaller, with a double bed (160X190), therefore with a total capacity of 10 beds and 12 to 13 people.
A veranda of 15m2, a double barbecue under shelter (in the extension of the veranda).

Day before we left we got a message that the fence got broken in a storm but it would be repaired. After 2 weeks still broken. So the main reason for choosing this property ( so our dog could walk freely around the house ) was gone.
No table football. No garage for the cars. The field for volleybal...

We had a great stay in Condette. We really enjoyed staying in the house. It had a great garden for the dog, it was situated on a great location and the house was well equipped and had good beds. We loved the cosy evenings with the fire place on. We had a nice bbq on the outdoor bbq place. I can recommend this place to anyone!
