Portua is a spectacular apartment located in front of the port of the coastal town of Mutriku in Gipuzkoa, next to the beginning of the historic center.
Mutriku is the last Guipuzcoan town along the coast, bordering Bizkaia 4km from Ondarroa. Deba is at 6km, 70km to Bilbao and 45km to San Sebastián.
Portua has magnificent views of the sea; almost being a watchtower in the fishing port; since it is located on the top floor of the building. The effort of climbing the five floors without the help of an elevator is pleasantly rewarded with the best panoramic view of the town. Its large windows allow you to enjoy the landscape, the sunrises and the perfect harmony between the sea and the mountains, unique on the Basque Coast.
The DEPOSIT will be charged before arrival, through electronic payments, in which the credit card will be essential.
All the aforementioned, in addition, without abandoning any comfort, since the apartment is decorated in a modern and minimalist style where white is the owner of all rooms and color details and nods to the greats of architecture, design and the cinema make Portua unique.
The house is made up of two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The main room has a double bed and a charming viewpoint away from curious glances, to be able to admire the landscape in the privacy of the house. The room for single use has a large closet and does not leave behind the design that harmonizes the entire house.
The spacious kitchen is completely focused on the port, and from its table, made of original solid wood, you can taste local food purchased from local producers with the smell of saltpeter and the squawking of seagulls.
The apartment has a bathroom with a small bathtub and a living room with a television with Chromecast system.
Mutriku is synonymous with fishing, canning, sea and port, tradition ... all linked to the settlement where Portua is anchored. Wir fanden die Wohnung großartig: die Größe, die Einrichtung, die Bequemlichkeit der Betten und natürlich v.a. der Blick auf den Hafen in der sonnendurchfluteten Küche. Die Schränke bieten Platz für alles inkl. großer Rollkoffer. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien da, die man braucht, sogar Kaffee. Lediglich das Bad ist echt winzig,v.a. für 3 Personen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben die Natur und herrliche Atlantikluft sehr genossen.
Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt.
Allerdings war die Sicht auf den Hafen und den Atlantik einmalig schön.
Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

La casa es un lugar fantástico, con unas vistas geniales y el sol entra por la mañana en la cocina promoviendo unos desayunos espectaculares.... habría que poner un "pero" y es una pena. La limpieza estaría bien , pero cuando te cobran 100 euros por este servicio , no se pueden permitir determinados...
