This small but charming studio is in the perfect location for beach lovers. Located in Kato Paphos just across the beach and in the center of Paphos night life, surrounded by cafés, bars and restaurants. The studio consists of a queen size bed, a 43” smart tv, free wifi, a kitchen with a microwave, hob, fridge, electric kettle and everything required for indoor dining. There is a dining table for 2 and a modern designed bathroom with of a walk in shower.
Right by the sea in the heart of Kato Paphos less than 30 meters from the sea.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.
No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion.
Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property
Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed.
No loud music or parties allowed.
In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest
Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario.
Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.
At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.
Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.
If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.

perfect location for my stay! 2 mins to a swimming spot by the harbor, 4 mins walk to grocery and so many shops and restaurants nearby! So convenient for getting onto cruises and boat by day trips! The management is so attentive and so friendly. Thank you so much for making my trip so at ease!
