ENVIRONMENT: CALM - SEA - NATURE
In the middle of the vineyards, in an imposing Catalan farmhouse, our house (250 m2) is located in a green and peaceful setting away from the main roads. 5 km from the sandy beaches of the Catalan coast (Canet or St Cyprien) easily accessible but also close to Perpignan (4 km), our geographical location is ideal.
It allows departures on foot or by bicycle by paths through the vineyards. FAMILY HOLIDAYS - THE GARDEN - THE SWIMMING POOL - THE SUMMER KITCHEN The swimming pool, terraces, bar and summer kitchen complete the exterior of a very pleasant house in the South. THE HOUSE: SPACE AND COMFORT The house is articulated at DRC around a interior patio a large living room (80 M2) which communicates with the spacious kitchen, an office, a master suite with dressing room, separate shower room wc.
A laundry room, an independent wc and the entrance complete the ground floor. UPSTAIRS 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and wc make up this space.

Tres bons moments de convivialité autour de la piscine. Nous avons passé une grosse partie de notre temps dans cet espace.
