The apartment has three bedrooms all with direct outside ventilation and therefore natural light.
In can accommodate 5 people perfectly.
In the event that fewer people come there is no problem as the rooms that are not used are closed. It also has radiant floor heating.
Of course the apartment has a bathroom with tub and elements necessary for personal hygiene.
In the bathroom, you will also find a small kit for basic cures and little pains that sometimes arise. We have a double room with a bed of 1.50 m for two people and a large closet where you can store all your clothes and more. The single room has a bed for one person and a closet to store your clothes and things.
The window of this room opens directly onto Columbus Street so you have plenty of light, which together with its decoration make it very cheerful.
From another double room with two beds, you can see the old part of our city. In the living room you can relax and unwind after a long day of visiting the city.
Also in the living room we have a small library and some games for the little ones.
In the most prominent you can find tourist information and Cuenca province. The apartment is located on Columbus Street, one of the main streets of the city, parallel to the street Carretería, the most famous of Cuenca. From the apartment you can reach the old part of Cuenca right foot with a pleasant stroll through the narrow streets or bus that stops at the door. All streets around the apartment have blue zone and it's hard not to find parking, but if you want to save parking, 30 meters have one open 24 hours . Besides accounts with supermercador to buy necessities to eat just around the corner .
No need to buy more because we have the necessary amenities utilies and also we leave sugar, salt, sachets of Nescafe .. and chocolate milk, plus a small welcome gift you will find in the refrigerator. If your choice is cooked food , 20 m also find a takeaway shop one fine chickens.

un sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en cuenca un lugar donde todo lo tienes a mano supermercado tiendas parada de autobus y a pie estas en 5 minutos en el centro.Su propietaria Beatriz una persona muy agradable atenta y educada. lo pasamos muy bien y sera nuestro lugar cuando volvamos a la ciudad de Cuenca.

Estuvimos el fin de semana del 6 y 7 de mayo, con nuestras hijas y disfrutamos a tope del finde semsna.todo muy bien,la atención de la propietaria,la ubicación,si volviéramos a Cuenca repetiríamos la estancia.

Es de destacar la amabilidad de Beatriz, la propietaria, y la cercanía a la zona monumental.
También es de considerar q por una pequeña cantidad, tienes plaza de aparcamiento muy cerca del apartamento.
Ni que decir de Cuenca, solo estuvimos una tarde y una mañana, y nos supo a poco, prometemos regresar ¡,
Totalmente recomendable.
