Modern and recently built flat, located in the centre of Santoña, 100 metres from the famous Pasaje (promenade) Playa de San Martin. Its capacity is for 4 people as it has one bedroom with two single beds, another with 1 bunk bed, although a fifth person can be accommodated on an extra mattress provided.
The kitchen is independent and has all kinds of kitchenware, utensils, appliances, etc.
A beautiful and cosy living room with flat screen TV, 2 complete bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and a terrace complete the layout.
Furthermore, the property has a parking space (included in the price) and a lift and comes with bed linen and towels.

Santoña is deservedly famous for its fishing port, its anchovies, its landscape, its welcoming people, its bars and tapas bars, etc. and offers visitors all kinds of services. There is a very pleasant boat trip to Laredo, which tourists and locals use every day to enjoy the famous Salvé beach and the promenade and the Fort of San Martin, very close to where the flat is located, are a must. On Saturdays a large street market attracts people from all the surrounding villages. And just 2 km. away, the famous Berria beach is the icing on the cake of a holiday of sun, beach and culture. Santander is only 35 km away and Cabárceno Park is 30 minutes away by car
