Mamma Manda is fully immersed in a lush park, with tropical and Mediterranean plants.
Here you can find the charming pool (15x5 mt) and adjcent to it there is the BBQ area ideal for unforgettable Sicilian meals. Hammocks, deckchairs, umbrellas, lounges, cushions, armchairs... will make your stay in the park very comfortable. In the park there is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower. A stone boulevard leads to the villa. It shows 3 bedrooms two of them with en-suite, and a living room with a full equipped kitchen. There is another bathroom adjacent the living room. All bathrooms are with shower. Adjacent to the living area is a charming gazebo with sofa and coffee tables. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. The house is equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful holiday. The sandy beach is 600 meters away (even though during the overcrowded summer season we suggest to enjoy the ones in Capaci or Cinisi, both at 5 kms away) and the city center about 700. The photos speak for themselves Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (4): three double bedrooms, two en-suite; another bathroom is in the living room.
All interior bathrooms are with shower.
There is another bathroom and an outside shower in the pool area. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL THE SUM OF € 300 IN CASH IS REQUIRED FOR THE FINAL CLEANING FEE. Electricity included up to 100 kWh per week.
Any excess will be charged at € 0,50 per kWh. Late check-in (beyond 10pm) has a cost of €30.

This is the most beautiful Villa, Pool, Space we have ever had the honor of using. Clean, well maintained, and just plain gorgeous structure. The host was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. This location is Sicily. All those images you have in your mind, this is it.
