The apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast. The apartment is self-contained with central air conditioning and a large private garden in front of the entrance, complete with an outdoor dining table for relaxing.
The spaces are spacious, comfortable, and furnished with period pieces. It’s the ideal holiday for a family looking to be surrounded by nature without sacrificing access to the sea and the best tourist amenities.
Access is via a separate entrance, elegantly and tastefully furnished. It features a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a large garden with a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining, as well as a swimming pool (5x5) with a gazebo and lounge chairs for relaxing.
The property is near the town of Venturina Terme (5 km, 7 min by car), supermarkets (Conad, Penny, Coop), a shopping centre, and an industrial area with all amenities. The centers of Venturina and Campiglia Marittima offer excellent restaurants and sports centers with tennis and padel courts. The Podere has a partnership with the LNI Sailing Group in Follonica for sailing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling, with FIV-certified instructors. The Venturina thermal spa is just a few kilometres away. Golf enthusiasts can reach the Pelagone Golf Resort in about half an hour by car.

It was a pleasure and the perfect start into holidays. Thank you Claudio for all your recommendations and Infos. We felt home away from home. Everything was easy at your place. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside and especially the pool was a gift.
