Ground Floor: This charming house has a very friendly living room with television, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance (Savoyard and Burgundy), as well as other accessories that complement these facilities, which is open to the dining room. This house has a stove at your disposal for cooler days, as well as numerous board games. You will find a washing machine and toilets on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90x190 and separate WC. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190. A superb terrace and balcony are at your disposal to enjoy beautiful days and nature, you will be able to admire a superb view directly via the house's balcony.
The outdoor equipment (charcoal barbecue, table, parasol,...) will allow absolute comfort outdoors. A parking space is available in front of the house. WiFi is available in this accommodation free of charge.
Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented at a price of 20 euros per person. Non-smoking accommodation. 45 euros of agency file fees are to be expected. A non-debited deposit will be requested from you.

Le gite est parfait. Meublé avec goût, très fonctionnel et extrêmement propre. La vue de la terrasse est époustouflante à toutes les heures de la journée. Le calme et le repos sont absolus. Il y fait très bon vivre...Nous reviendrons!
Si les lits étaient faits en arrivant .... ce serait un vrai plus !

Nous avons passé une semaine en août. Gite superbe, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, plus que propre, dans un hameau tranquille au bout d'une impasse qui se prolonge dans les pâturages sous le Plomb du Cantal, avec deux vues époustouflantes sur les montages de part et d'autre de la maison.
