Appartement pas mal seul bémol il est compté comme appartement pour 3 ou 4 personnes alors que le lit du canapé ne peut pas fonctionner comme un lit trop en mauvais état et pas confortable du tout l'assise ressort abîmée cela faisait des trous quand on s'asseyait une fois ouvert j'ai dormi sur le côté dossier parce que c'était en mousse et au milieu une barre en fer bien dure

Le logement est bien placé car au centre de Royat mais au fond d'une petite impasse, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir de nuisances sonores. L'arrivée autonome grâce à une boite à clés est très pratique.
Le logement est très cosy et agréable et Alex est à l'écoute et réactif.
