The small Londazzurra complex is located in the marina of Mancaversa at 500 m from the beaches, both free and equipped.
There are 4 newly built villas, finely furnished and welcoming.
The structures consist of a large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, with wardrobe and desk, 2 bathrooms with bathroom and crystal shower cubicle.
The larger bedroom has a private bathroom.
Large outdoor spaces, consisting of 2 two large verandas, both in front and behind, equipped with garden tables and chairs, 3x3 umbrella and barbecue, where you can enjoy silent breakfasts and dine in total tranquility.
Large garage for cars in the basement with assigned parking spaces (2 per apartment) with access from a common ramp equipped with an automated door. From the garage you can directly access the house from a private staircase.
The villas are located in a quiet residential area with no traffic.
The center of the Mancaversa marina, with its shops, supermarkets and intimate restaurants, is just under 300 m away; also, a few steps from home there is a small public pine forest, with benches, swings and other games for children.
Just 1 km from home, you will find the Punta Pizzo Nature Reserve, with its varied and unspoiled landscape particularly suitable for snorkelers.
In the same area there is the homonymous equipped beach, the extreme tip of the bay of Gallipoli, from where it is possible to admire it in all its entirety, with its unmistakable beaches, its pink sunsets and, in the distance, the suggestive old town of Gallipoli and the island of Sant'Andrea.
Gallipoli Baia Verde and all its renowned beaches (Punta della Suina, Samsara, Zen etc.) can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, from a convenient coast road that runs along the bay.
From the Marina di Mancaversa you can easily and quickly take the main arteries to quickly reach the main destinations of the Salento peninsula, such as Pescoluse, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and the magnificent city of Lecce with its Baroque.

L'appartamento è proprio come appare nelle foto e lo abbiamo trovato in ordine, curato e pulito. Ha due camere da letto di cui una con bagno interno, un secondo bagno e zona giorno con salottino e cucina ben attrezzata. Due spaziose verande, una all'entrata e la seconda nel retro della casa attrezza...

Appartamento nuovo e molto confortevole situato in una zona tranquilla a pochi chilometri da spiagge bellissime e dal centro di Gallipoli.
I proprietari Marianna e Raffaele sono persone stupende e sempre disponibili che mostrano una grande passione per il loro mare e la loro terra.
Consigliatissimo !!!
