Lovely little village house on three levels in the historical district of the Templars in Saint Raphael, in the pedestrian zone. This is the most authentic area with its pretty cobbled streets. Overlooking a small Provencal square, the area is lively yet very calm.
On the ground floor, a living room with modern kitchen and fully equipped (Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, iron etc ...).
On the first floor, a large bedroom, a single toilet bathroom On the second floor, a large bedroom and another bathroom + W. C. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, and the rooms large closets.
Ideally located. Everything can be done entirely on foot, as well happen that visit. No car needed here!
The bus station and train station are 400 meters away. Nice airport is only an hour by train. The beach, the harbor, restaurants and nightclubs are 5 minutes!
Supermarket and shops nearby.

Dans l'annonce a été précisé calme, maison coller à des bars bruyant musique à fond jusqu'à 3 h du matin j'ai dû appeler la police municipale plusieurs fois, réveillé tous les matins à 7 h par les bars, horrible mes enfants été épuisés des vacances dans ce logement, ventilateur qui ne marche pas j'a...

Un coup de cœur pour cette location. Les propriétaires manquent un peu d'expérience mais sont à l'écoute.
Quelques détails à régler et ça sera parfait.
