Très belles vacances "les pieds dans l'eau".La résidence est effectivement implantée sur la plage.Donc bains de mer, paddle et plongée à volonté.Semaine de fin mai ensoleillée avec une température de l'eau de 18 degrés.Le centre de Banyuls est à 10 minutes à pied.La literie est bonne, la cuisine très bien équipée.Accueil très sympathique.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Easy access, great views from balcony, very comfortable with air conditioning. Really enjoyable stay, although price of the beach sunbeds slightly disappointing as very expensive, but amenities at bar, excellent. Accommodation and communication from owner also excellent. We look forward to returning soon.
